The Story of Mud

Once Buddha was sitting with his follower near old large tree and they were meditating.

He asked one of his follower to bring water for him as he was very thirsty.

The person went near the river side to collect water in the pot.

He found the muddy was dirty and unfit to drink. He came back empty handed and told his master that he was unable to find any suitable water to drink.

Buddha on 2nd day again sent his follower to collect the water but again he came back to Buddha when he asked why he didn’t brought it again he gave the same reply to him.

On the third day Buddha send the monk once again to bring water and told him that this time you will be able to bring water to drink go ahead and when he reached to the bank of the river he was surprised to see that the water was now became clear and fit for drinking.

With full of curiosity he asked his master that how it happened ,

“Budha replied with a smile that sometimes we see the mud and water mixed together and make it unfit for drinking but when you leave it as it is for sometimes then it became fit for drinking.

Similarly, the Problems in our life sometimes seems to be very disturbing and unpleasant making our world stressful and we feel no control over it then we sould let our problems to leave it as it is instead of being reactive over it.

The problem will heal by itself and settled on its own with the passage of the time.

And you will find your Peace of Mind with no time without any hassel.

Peace of mind is a choice not a unfilled wish to achieve.

Choice

To be quite or to overreact is a choice.. Choose wisely.
