Parody

Parody or spoof gives a comic point of view of any song or movie etc. It shows the other side of the original work or sometime the harsh reality in a funny way.

If you want to take a break from the traditional and customized songs, Parody is the thing just for you. Many people are making parody films, short videos or song but few are my personal favorite whose names is mentioned in this blog.

1. Bart Baker ( Hollywood)

  • Ed Shreen – “Shape of You” Parody
  • Justin Beiber – “Love Yourself” Parody
  • Taylor Swift – “Blank Space”

2. Salil Jamadar

  • Mera Ghata Parody
  • Tum hi ho Parody
  • Humari Adhuri Kahani Parody
  • Gully Boy Parody

Gully boy Parody shows the harsh reality of people who have double standards.

Some people blindly follow their favourite celebs add without knowing the pros and cons.

The actor or actress who promotes or endoses something doesn’t mean that they consume it. I am not saying every one is wrong but it is not necessarily that promoters are giving us healthy lifestyle.

Few Parody helps us to think out of the box. In bonus they entertain us also.

Disclaimer : Parody have funny movement but can contain abusive words and many adult content so watch it on your own risk.Thanks.

Being an Introvert

Yes I am an Introvert,

who loves the silence

talking to myself all day

enjoying my own company

not being an antisocial,

just can’t be available.

deep empty inside,

so many secrets to hide

chasing quality time

I wish I could go back,

so I can keep my lost one, inside.

Creativity is in my soul but,

hard for someone to understand

yes I am weird,

still proud to be rare

Yes I am an Introvert..

Time as an Asset.

Time is the most valuable asset one could have.We often wasted our most important part of life, thinking this is the right person, relation or job and hopefully it will last forever.

But destiny has its own plans and nothing last forever.

Time has its own rule.. Time says if you waste me today, I will destroy your tomorrow for sure.

If you has focused on right things at right time you won’t regret it later.

Unsystematic and unorganized lifestyle can damage your personal as well as professional life.

With passing time old memories are deleted and new memories are created.

Investing in Time is one of the most important investment one could ever have. So engage your self in any work and gets started.

Role of Five Elements of Body while dealing with Depression.

Depression is not a disease it’s a situation which is very common nowadays. It can be happen to anyone as it doesn’t differentiate between common man or our favorite celeb. We face lots of ups and downs in our daily life. People who handle difficult time with grace are known to be as successful and happy but when we fails to accept the hard time we have to suffer it again and again unless we learn any lesson. Sometimes it’s not easy for us to share our deep feelings then we choose to quit.

We know that our body is made up of five elements namely fire, water sky, air & the earth and these elements are always active in our body unless we stop breathing. The relation is quite complex but we can connect with it.

1.Fire

We know that the Sun is a hot ball of fire and our body need Vitamin D for proper function that’s because our body fire element, here the sun is the fire element of body, when came in contact with us, we feel the energy inside us. Many of us like talking morning sunbath or coming close to fire in winters as it gives us a kind of relief which can be easily observed. That’s why a morning person is more positive and often has greater chances to succeed in life. Wake up early and do take sunbath every day because it is scientifically proven that sunbath helps us in recovering from various types of diseases.

2. Water

Our body is made up of 70 percent of water and for survival of organism it needs water and food. Either human or animal all tend to live near water for maximum reach. When we take bath, it calms our body and mind. Have you noticed when we see rain water, sea, lake or rivers etc. it feels so good inside. Taking regular bath is a good habit, if possible add rock-salt and essential oil like lavender oil it not only give nice smell but also calms your mind and body.

3. Sky

We always love watching clouds weather it is clear sky or cloudy weather. It gives us peace as our body is made up of sky element.

4.Air

Air plays an important role in our respiration system. Air is made up of good and bad gases. Good helps us to breathe and toxic gases can seriously damage our lungs. Take fresh air from nature and avoid a.c air especially which is not good for our health. Fresh air gives us positive vibes.

5. The Earth

The last and most important element of body is the Earth. Nature is the soul of the Earth we feel blessed when we see the nature. Nature has the healing properties, as it can heal us from inside. You might have observed the difference that whenever we go outside for travelling or for other purpose we experience change of mind and soul. Also the organic food we receive from Mother Nature is essential for human to maintain healthy life. As much as possible we should eat direct natural food. Organic foods not only builds good body posture but also helps in get rid of mental stress.

My vision behind writing this is to share common facts with you to recover from difficult times by simple things which are around us.
